Most items can be returned for a refund or replacement/exchange within 30 days of delivery as long as they are in original or unused condition. Size exchanges are not always guaranteed due to products selling through quickly. Customer is responsible for returning item. Upon receiving the item, a quality check will be conducted, and a full or partial refund will be made. All sales are final for pre-order items and garments/products sold for giveaway promotions.
